Our Team
Ellen Bayer is the founder/president of Framing Change, a strategic change management consultancy, a business planning and executive development coach, and part of a national network of certified change process consultants affiliated with the Resource Associates Corporation of Mohnton, PA. 
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin/Madison, Ms Bayer received a M.Sci in Management and a post-graduate Certificate in Organization Development from The New School's Milano Graduate School of Management in New York. She is qualified to administer several well-known assessment tools including the MBTI. Ms Bayer is a published author, and has appeared at conferences and on radio/TV about leadership issues. Currently on faculty at the Management Institute of NYU's School of Continuing and Professional Studies and the Yeshiva University School of Business, she has over 30 years of executive and consulting experience in the corporate and nonprofit sectors.
